What is the GYROTONIC® method?

The Gyrotonic method addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency.

You are seeking balance, efficiency, strength, and flexibility.

Can I try the Gyrotonic method and Pilates in one session?

Yes, however I only recommend this if you have experience with both movement forms. For your first session, I suggest focusing just on Gyrotonic or Pilates. We can always build out our practice once you have some fundamental knowledge!

Where are Gyrotonic sessions?

Gyrotonic sessions are held at a studio in Woodfin (north Asheville).

What is Pilates?

Pilates focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements.

How does it work online?

Prior to first session, we will discuss your goals including if you have equipment at home (free weights, magic circle, reformer, chair, etc.) that you would like to work with. Once we have scheduled a time, I will send you a zoom link for the session.

What are the benefits of in person?

• In person sessions allow me to provide you with physical feedback through tactile cuing that respects your personal boundaries. 

• In person sessions also allow for the use of multiple machines (reformer, chair, tower, and more).

Where are Pilates sessions?

In person Pilates session locations are dependent on several factors. We will work together to find the location that is best suited for you.

How much does it cost?​

Prices are dependent upon studio location. A select number of sessions are available in my home studio but you must be a preexisting client, friend, or acquaintance. ​
